1. Who we are
LMHaven (“we”, “us”) operates a unified gateway that proxies third-party AI models — including Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Seedream (ByteDance), NovelAI, PixAI, Nano Banana Pro, and ElevenLabs — at discounted rates against each provider’s public list price.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret. We will rotate keys on request via Discord support; we cannot recover them.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use LMHaven to generate content that violates the underlying model provider’s usage policy, infringes on third-party rights, or is illegal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to circumvent billing, or use the service for prohibited content as defined by the upstream providers.
4. Billing
Credits are prepaid and consumed per request. Pricing ratios are published on the homepage and refreshed weekly. Top-ups settle through Stripe (cards), PayPal, or Heleket (crypto); funds are never accepted directly by LMHaven and are routed through the provider you choose.
Refunds
Unused credit is refundable for 30 days from the date of top-up. Email support on Discord with your receipt ID and we’ll process it the same business day. Used credit is not refundable except where required by law.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability and publish live status at /status. Outages caused by upstream provider incidents are reported but not credited unless they exceed 1% of a calendar month, in which case credit is issued automatically.
6. Intellectual property
You own the inputs you send and the outputs you generate, subject to the underlying provider’s licence. The LMHaven brand, codebase, and dashboard remain our property. Our open-source components are licensed individually (see docs).
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with email notice except in cases of evident abuse or legal requirement.
8. Liability
LMHaven is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm unless local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
